About me

I'm a psychotherapist specialising in helping adults break free from patterns that keep them stuck.

Alongside my clinical practice, I work for the UK Trauma Council, a project from the Anna Freud Centre, which supports children and young people following traumatic experiences.

I am also a Churchill Fellow, researching how individuals and communities recover after large-scale traumatic events such as violence and natural disasters. I'm particularly interested in how people find hope again after it has been shaken or lost. You can read more about my research here.

I am accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and registered with the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). I practise in line with their Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct.
