Starting therapy

Some people come to therapy with a clear idea of what they want to change, while others feel a general sense that something isn’t quite right.

I work with adults from all walks of life, helping them address a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety and stress
Traumatic experiences
Family difficulties
Obsessive behaviours
Burnout or issues at work
Loneliness and difficulties with connection
Sadness and depression
Bereavement, loss and grief
Relationships and attachment
Life transitions and periods of change
Lack of confidence or low self-worth
Existential concerns and questions about purpose
Whatever brings you here, my role is to offer a confidential environment where you can talk freely.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone or video call for anyone considering therapy. If you feel it's a good fit, we can schedule a first session.

Sessions are weekly, lasting for 50 minutes and can be held either in my Bethnal Green office or online.

My fee is £80 a session. Some concessionary spaces are available.

I'm a registered practitioner with the following healthcare providers: Axa, Aviva and Mindright.

Throughout therapy, cancellations made without 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee.
